How To Gently Strip Hair Colour Without Bleach Or Breakage

Stripping Colour doesn’t mean stripping health — here’s how to do it softly, safely, successfully at home.

Craving a Fresh Start? Want to undo a Colour mishap without wrecking your Hair — or your budget? Maybe you're eyeing a new Shade but don’t want the long-term commitment or high-maintenance upkeep. Or you took a bold leap with your Colour and… it flopped.

Whatever brought you here, we’re guessing you’re looking for a fix that’s:
Damage-free
Cost-effective
Quick
Beginner-friendly

Good news: you don’t need bleach, a salon booking, or a degree in Hair science to get back on track. Thankfully, the days of brittle bleach jobs and expensive Colour corrections are behind us.

Colour Regret? We’ve All Been There.

You imagined a whole new vibe — maybe even a few compliments from strangers — but the Colour just didn’t land. Too dark? Too orange? Just not you?
Cue the panic: What have I done? Can I fix it? Am I stuck like this?

Take a breath. You’re not alone. Colour mistakes happen, styles shift, and thankfully, Hair technology has moved on. No bleach, no breakage, no drama — just an easy way to start fresh.

So, How Does It Work?

Think of it as a clean sweep for your Hair. Colour Remover works like a magnet, opening up the Hair shaft and gently drawing out artificial pigment — while leaving your natural pigment untouched. It’s bleach-free and packed with science that prioritises Hair health.

And the best part? Hair feels softer, healthier, and lighter after use — not fried or fragile.

Hit Undo: My Before & After

Before: A Dark Golden Brown that had built up over time — too heavy, too Dark, and ready to go so I could Lighten my Hair again.
After 2 Colour Remover applications: A lighter, brighter version of my Natural Colour — refreshed and ready to re-Tone or re-Colour.

Colour Remover Tips

Only works on permanent Colour. It won’t budge bleach or lighten pre-lightened Hair.
Darker dyes may take a little longer. Especially if you’ve used low-quality Colours.
You can use it twice in one day. Yep — it’s gentle enough for a double dose if needed.
Great for clearing out Colour Build Up. Say goodbye to patchy tones and banding.
Leaves your Hair feeling soft and fresh. Like a mini detox between Colour changes.
Wait at least 48 hours before re-Colouring. The longer you give your Hair to breathe, the better your next Colour will take.

How To Use Colour Remover

Mix and apply quickly using an Applicator Bottle or Tint Brush for even, no-fuss coverage.
Only apply to previously Coloured Hair — don’t waste it on virgin strands.
Wrap Hair in cling wrap or a shower cap to lock in heat and boost results.
Time it for 20 minutes — max.
Rinse thoroughly, shampoo well, and condition as usual.
