We allow 1-7 business days from door to door to cover all locations in Australia.
We suggest shipping via a method that is trackable.
There are 3 shipping options.
Via Australia Post, takes 2-7 business days and is unregistered, untrackable
and can be sent to PO Boxes.
Via Australia Post, takes 1-5 business days and is registered
and can be sent to PO Boxes.
Via Couriers Please, takes 1-5 business days [depending on the area - country regions can take longer] and is trackable. It requires signature upon delivery and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
If the address you choose is a home address, or you will be absent during business hours, please let us know and will have courier “leave at front door”.
The following items - 30 Volume Developer, 40 Volume Developer or Hair Lightener,
can only be dispatched by road via the following options: Road Only Regular Post or Courier.
If you chose Regular Post it will be sent via Road Only Post and could take longer based on your location.
If you chose Registered Post you order will be sent via Courier, which should arrive the same time as Registered Post based on your location.
For our WA/SA/NT customers, please note there can be some delay in delivering your orders due to the distance. Please allow 1-10 days for all shipping services.
Once your order has been confirmed and packed, you will get an email notification once your item has been shipped.
Orders are shipped Internationally via weight.

Shipping is done via Australia Post Registered International.
Delivery requires a signature upon arrival and takes around 3-10 business days.

Any customs or import duties are charged once your order reaches its designated country.
We have no control over these charges, they must be paid by the recipient of the parcel upon delivery.
