Bleach bathing is another approach to the Bleaching process. It is a perfect step by step process that is not as strong,
so it is not as damaging as the full strength Bleaching process. It is ideal to use to remove Colour, one shade at a time,
or Lighten your Hair in a gentler process.
Although it is gentler than a full strength Bleaching process, it still contains Bleach so remember to still practice with caution.
If you have thick or long Hair double the mixing amount.
Equal parts Hair Lightener and Developer - between 25 - 50ml.
Add roughly double the amount of Shampoo to Hair Lightener Mix.
Mix Equal amounts of Hair Lightener and Developer - between 25 - 50ml, into bowl. Add Shampoo. Mix well
Timing can vary from person to person, based on Hair Colour, condition and texture of Hair.
Do not exceed 45 minutes.
Step 1: Apply To Towel Dried Hair
Using gloves, apply the mixture to towel dried Hair, starting at ends and working up, leaving your roots to last.
Use a wide tooth comb to comb through the Hair. Clip the Hair up and cover with cling wrap or shower cap.
Step 2: Developing Time
Watch Hair closely and check every 5 minutes. To check the Colour, scrape a bit of mixture off the Hair.
Do not leave mixture on longer than 45 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse Your Hair
When the desired Colour has been achieved, or the maximum time has elapsed, rinse Hair thoroughly.
If continuing with Colour DO NOT condition, otherwise condition heavily or if possible do a treatment.
