The best of film and television congregated for the 72nd Golden Globes, and oh didn't they celebrate! The men were handsome, the woman looked beautiful and the jewels sparkled. Lets be serious, for us, its only really about one thing - the Hair. The classic styles dominated this year through curls and buns, the parts were strong and the Colours were beautiful. We were so inspired, we picked our favourite 3 looks and paired them with some of our Colours for some fresh Colour ideas.
Dark and striking, there is no other way to describe Mrs Tatum as beautiful. There is something to be said for Dark Hair Colours, they are simple and uncomplicated, yet create such an impact. To achieve Jenna’s Colour, we use 3 Dark Brown for the same Natural depth and to add some glossiness.

This Blonde Haired, blue eyed beauty is always a stunner on the red carpet. With her classic curls rolling down her shoulder, she was the picture perfect Hollywood starlet. For Reese’s Colour we would use a 9 Very Light Blonde to achieve the Natural Light Blonde level, with the right amount of warmth in the honey Blonde reflect. We would even try squeezing in some 10.2 Very Light Beige Blonde in the mix, to blend with 9 to create some Beige Tones to highlight through the Hair.

Amy already has an incredible Natural Red base, so plumping up her Colour is as simple as adding another Red Hair Colour with some vibrancy over the top. To get Amy’s Colour, we use 8.44 Intense Copper Blonde with a double dose of Copper and a bright Blonde base, for the richness and intensity.
