I think its pretty obvious we are obsessed with Blondes, and as it keeps getting warmer our obsession grows. We have already covered How to Choose the Right Blonde for You, now lets talk about how to be the Blonde. We have put together the 4 most important Products for any Blonde user.
It's so typical - your Hair is Dark and you want it to be Light. You turn to your Hairdresser for advice, they have one answer - Bleach. You shudder at the thought of your luscious Hair suddenly turning dry and lifeless. Oh the sacrifices we make, or I should say made. That's crazy talk, removing your existing Hair Colour, or Colour Build Up, does not need to damage your Hair anymore. You can do 1 or multiple Colour Removers until you shift your Darker Shade and be 1 step away from being your favourite Blonde Colour.
30 + 40 VOLUME DEVELOPER
When Colouring the most important ingredient is your Developer choice. Simply put, if you choose a Developer that is too weak, you will not lift your Hair enough levels for the Blonde you want. If you are Naturally Dark, you need to lift your Colour a few levels to reach a Blonde shade. Choose 30 and 40 Volume Developers, they are our strongest Developer, and will give you the Lift you need.
I know we had our commentary about Bleach only a moment ago, but we don't always think its the enemy. Traditional use of Bleaching has quite an effect on your Hair, compared to Bleach Bathing which is a great way to Lighten your Hair gradually, without causing too much damage. It can also be used to remove Colour gradually.
If you are Blonde, you need to know about Toning, as Blonde Hair normally requires a little maintenance. Sometimes you will notice your Hair will show some yellow or orange tones, or have a brassy look to it. It is these Colours that need to be Toned down, which can be taken care of by using a Toner Kit.
